Villa Pia is a holiday home only 200 metres from the most beautiful Istrian beach.
Brsec is located about 20 kilometres from Opatija. It is a picturesque place with small houses with colourful windows and narrow streets. It is located on a cliff, so you can enjoy the view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands. At the foot of the cliff is Klančac beach, a beautiful pebble beach hidden in the bay and surrounded by rocks.
At guests' disposal is a fully fenced garden with several parking spaces, swimming pool with back massage, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The house also has an air-conditioned room with fitness equipment and a bathroom.

The house consists of two living units.
On the top floor of the house there is an air-conditioned studio flat with a beautiful sea view. It consists of a living room with a seating set with the possibility to add a bed for two children, a double bed, a balcony, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The second unit is on the first floor and consists of a living room, a balcony with sea view, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with balcony and a bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
