The comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday apartment is located in the basement of a residential house on the owner's 1800 sqm residential property, only approx. 100 m from the bathing area. It has a separate entrance. The apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, 1 additional single bed), kitchen with dining area and complete kitchenette (including dishwasher), shower/WC, central heating. There is a covered terrace with lake view, jetty, 4 bicycles and 4 canoes and 2 kayaks for free use as well as a car parking space. You can bring your own boats. Final cleaning and water are included in the total price. Energy according to consumption, towels must be brought along, bed linen can be brought along or rented on site. An additional visitor's tax must be paid in the municipality of Mirow. Pets: One small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.

Diemitz is a district of the small town of Mirow in the south of the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte on the border with the state of Brandenburg. The village is idyllically and quietly situated directly on Lake Vilzsee. The Diemitz lock, the connection to the neighbouring Labussee, is one of the busiest waterways in the region. There is a restaurant and boat hire in the village. The nearest shops are in Mirow. However, a bakery van stops daily in the high season. The town of Mirow (only about 12 kilometres away) is a tourist centre in the small lakes of Mecklenburg. The conditions there are ideal for all types of water sports. Attractions for visitors include the castle island with the Residential Palace and St John's Church, as well as the idyllic Love Island. Mirow is home to restaurants, shops, boat hire and passenger boats.
