This charming holiday villa in Provence near Avignon offers panoramic views of the Alpilles, Mont Ventoux, and the Dentelles de Montmirail.

The single storey villa features a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable sitting room, with plenty of French doors and windows offering views and access to the covered terrace and picturesque garden. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and one bedroom can be accessed both internally and externally.

Outside, the property sits on a hillside with stunning views. The grounds feature a landscaped garden, parking, and a well-equipped pool area with an electric entrance gate. A covered terrace with a pergola and dining facilities offers picturesque views of the pool and valley. The private pool (11 x 6 m) is secured with a safety cover, and a wading pool area (4.5 m x 1.1 m). A summer kitchen next to the pool offers convenient facilities, including a fridge.
