Das Apartment befindet sich im nördlichen Grüngürtel von Budapest, neben dem Wasserpark AQUAWORLD in einer neu errichteten Wohnanlage.

Der Eingang zum Erlebnisbad ist nur 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Neben dem Appartement gibt es eine Promenade und Radwege (Anschluss an EuroVelo 6), die einen sicheren Zugang zu den benachbarten Siedlungen an der Donau (Szentendre, Vác) bieten.

Der nahe gelegene Wäldchen oder die Ufer des Baches sind ideal für Joggingbegeisterte.

Das Budapester Stadtzentrum, die Burg und die Fischerbastei sind in 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die benachbarten charmanten Kleinstädte an der Donau sind ebenfalls in 15-30 Autominuten zu erreichen.
