Surrounded by a dense green hedge and lush Mediterranean vegetation, the beautiful Villa S'Embat is well shielded from prying eyes. A dreamlike outdoor area is the hallmark of this holiday destination and can really be an unforgettable sight. The very well-kept, tastefully furnished and partially covered terrace runs around the front of the house. The aesthetics implemented here create a very fine and dignified atmosphere that makes an enjoyable holiday something very special. On the large balcony, a great lounge area awaits all those who want to be even closer to the sky while enjoying the magnificent sea view. The pool area blends seamlessly into the garden and forms a separate zone for relaxing and refreshing. The elegantly curved pool is surrounded by an enchanting terrace with comfortable sun loungers for all the sun worshippers among you. Depending on the time of day, you can also find a shady refuge under the tall palm trees. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the table tennis table, which is sure to tempt them into a game or two. The house is located directly on a small road with little traffic. You have the pleasant feeling of being in the centre of a small village and at the same time enjoying absolute privacy, peace and quiet.

On the ground floor of the pleasantly bright house there is a very spacious living/dining area, separated only by a round arch, with generous window fronts and direct access to the surrounding terrace with sea views. Emphasis was placed on both comfort and an elegant ambience, with high-quality furniture and carefully selected décor characterising this room. Lots of wood and friendly colours contribute to a high feel-good factor. The large flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides plenty of media entertainment and the fireplace provides additional cosiness on chilly evenings. Dine together in a tasteful ambience at the classic dining table, which seats up to six people comfortably. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers so much space that a second dining area has been created here. A coffee machine and kettle round off the extensive kitchen equipment. Two bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned and has direct access to a terrace with sea views, and two en-suite bathrooms are also located on the ground floor, while two further air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a terrace with sea views, two en-suite bathrooms and a practical study are located on the first floor. Subtle highlights can be seen in the sleeping areas, adding to the unique flair of each bedroom. Well-equipped bathrooms provide ample space for all travellers. Hairdryers are available and can of course be used by guests. As a special and exceptional service, the owners provide all amenities for babies, including a changing table, bathtub, bed linen and towels.
Port Verd is a very beautiful village about 3 kilometres from Cala Millor. It is characterised by both old properties and modern holiday homes. In Cala Millor you will find good shopping facilities for your daily needs as well as restaurants and cafés. There is also an inviting beach promenade and water sports facilities. The weekly markets in Son Servera, Artà, Cala Ratjada and Capdepera are not to be missed. For the golf enthusiasts among you, the courses in Son Servera, Capdepera and Canyamel are invitingly picturesque. Cala Bona is right next door, only approx. 1.6 km away. The former fishing village is now a charming little holiday resort with narrow streets and cafés as well as three small sandy beaches and a pretty little harbour.
Villa S'Embat is located in a small urbanisation just a few steps from the sea in Port Verd, a picturesque village in the municipality of Son Servera. Just 2 km away is the larger beach of Costa de los Pinos, while the long sandy beach of Cala Millor is less than 10 minutes away by car.
