Perhaps the most impressive thing about the beach villa Sa Copinya is its truly spectacular location right on the water. Not only is the sea close enough to touch, but a private footpath takes you to a small sandy beach in front of the house. It's the perfect place for a swim or a nice walk, always accompanied by the sound of the sea. There are also several wonderful opportunities to enjoy the sun in the small garden right next to the house. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers in the garden as well as modern lounge furniture and a cosy seating area on the terrace. An awning and parasol provide shade when it gets too hot during the day. For even more refreshment, there is also a small pool (which is not active between December and February). If you wish, you can also retreat to the covered terrace at the side of the villa. There you will find a lovely wooden table with comfortable rattan chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cosy breakfast or dinner and forget all your worries. The green shutters on the house exude a beautiful Mediterranean charm and the small garden is very well maintained.

The interior of Villa Sa Copinya is very open and filled with bright colours. Right in the entrance area you will find a shabby chic style chest of drawers and a comfortable armchair, which already give you an idea of what awaits you in the house. This room leads directly into the open-plan living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the villa's two terraces. The exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and the Mediterranean tiles on the floor create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. From here you also have access to the covered terrace. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe and a separate bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Up here there is also a spectacular roof terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. On the top floor is the fourth double bedroom, which has access to another roof terrace.

This villa is located in the urbanisation of Port Verd, between Costa dels Pins and Cala Bona. It belongs to the small municipality of Son Servera. In the surroundings of your holiday home you will find some nice bars and restaurants by the sea, or some more of them in the lively holiday resort of Cala Millor, not far away. If you need a supermarket, simply drive about 2.5 minutes along the road that runs right past the house. The beach is right in front of the villa, or you can walk about 12 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach of Sa Marjal, where you will find a bar, toilets, showers and a hire service for parasols and sunbeds. However, this beach is rather quiet. The situation is completely different about 4 kilometres in the other direction in Cala Millor. There is always something going on in this popular holiday resort. Every Monday is market day here in Carrer de Na Penyal, where you are sure to find something or other to take home with you. Or do you prefer nature? The beautiful landscape around your holiday home is perfect for long walks and hikes.

The beautiful Villa Sa Copinya is located directly on the water on the east coast of the island. A private footpath leads directly down to the sandy beach. The small community of Port Verd belongs to the municipality of Son Servera. You can do your daily shopping in Cala Bona, approx. 2.5 km away. There are a few nice restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the villa.
