On the outskirts of Formiguères, a pretty mountain village, yet close to the centre, you'll love the location of this gîte. You'll be close to nature (the Lladure (river), the forest, numerous hiking trails), 15 minutes' walk from the village where there are all the shops you could need. By car, you'll be 10 minutes from the Formiguères ski resort, 15 minutes from the Matemale and Puyvalador lakes, 45 minutes from Spain and 1 hour from Andorra. This gîte, renovated in a mountain style, offers you freshness and tranquillity in a warm setting. On the ground floor, on one level, this 3-sided flat, entirely personalised and decorated by the owner, with its own entrance, is surrounded by an unenclosed gravel terrace bordering the street. The front terrace has garden furniture and is accessed via the entrance hall. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a seating area near the wood-burning stove, and a dining room opening onto the rear terrace. One bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Unenclosed on-site parking. Upstairs, the owner's second home. A basket of wood will be provided. No washing machine in the gîte - nearest launderette in Les Angles (10 km). Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included. Excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
