Peaceful and sunny placed away from the disturbance of urban and cantonal roads between private blind alley via Violetta und antique Oliven-footpath thrones this nostalgic residence over a 4.000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree-garden (nature-left) with panorama-view over Lake Lugano and nearby mountains. Shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m - chargeable - with 140 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, sunshade and table-tennis in function from June until September.
