Casa Pastrin

The new 4 ½ duplex apartment is suited in the middle of the historical part of Flims-Dorf in a newly built 6 apartment complex. In walking distance to the many local restaurants and grocery shops. Flims and area provide a huge number of sports facilities within a short distance (5 min walking distance to gondolas) and a fully developed public transportation system. A parking space is available in the underfloor garage.
The interior is a mix of modern and urban style with a rustic character. On the first floor, there is a large kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a bathroom. A spacious living room (50 m2) with a view of the Alps, two identical bedrooms each with twin beds and a large bathroom, complete the duplex apartment. The apartment sleeps up to 6-8 persons (up to 6 Persons counts as "normal occupancy", Person 7 and/or 8 counts towards maximum occupancy).
Equipped with the newest technology, such as 2 HDMI Cable TVs, serving national and international channels, WLAN, iPod sound and loading station, DVD player, Apple TV (need your own account).
The kitchen is nicely equipped with a large fridge, including freezer, oven and steamer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (need your own capsules) and plenty of kitchen utilities are available.

Other living room features (Living room1): New since Summer 2013: steel fire place with a warm design that nicely fits the urban/rustical character of the flat.

Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): The dining table is extendable to serve 8 person. Generous dining dishes and kitchen utilities are available to serve the maximum people allowed in the apartment.
