Nearby you can go to the river (less than one KM away). Many possibilities for walks in the nature (Lucomagno, Ticino, Locarno e Lugano). The ski facilities are located a few KM away (Nara and Campo Blenio). The apartment is accessible all year round. Ample free parking available.
