Large well-kept garden with deckchairs available, games for children and table. In the kitchen you will find the dishwasher and all utensils. Towels and bedspreads are provided free of charge. Nearby you can go to the river (less than one KM away). Many possibilities for walks in the nature (Lucomagno, Ticino, Locarno e Lugano). The ski facilities are located a few KM away (Nara and Campo Blenio). The apartment is accessible all year round. Ample free parking available.
