Beautifully furnished 2-room flat with large terrace and magnificent view. Well-kept garden with large private swimming pool. The flat has a bedroom, a bathroom with WC and bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with a bench and two chairs and a sofa where the leg section can be lifted automatically. The furniture in the entrance area as well as in the dining area is custom-made from walnut wood with inlays. A spiral staircase leads to a small gallery where there are two more beds for emergencies. The large terrace has two deck chairs as well as a granite table with four chairs. A roller shutter and a large flexible parasol protect you from too much sun. The sunbathing lawn is accessed via the staircase and the laundry room. There is also a ping-pong table by the exit that can be shared. Balls and rackets are in the flat. By the swimming pool there is a pergola and a wooden fireplace which may be used. In a small room next to the swimming pool there is also a sauna, which may also be used. The gate by the sunbathing lawn leads out onto a small path, which leads to the lake shore within a minute.
