Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire site.

Bublava, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 900 sqm open garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house is CSR EZG 110 (8 persons, CSR EZG 111 (3 persons) and CSR EZG 112 (5 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 3.2 m x 6.1 m, depth 1.3 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the end of August.
