The holiday apartment was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a holiday home area. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 8 cars) is available on the property.
