Swimmers can enjoy in the refreshing pool while atheletes can make use of the treadmill available and others who want to spend some peaceful time can just relax. Play football with the locals on the field located just 100 metres from the house. There is a living area, fireplace, and a kitchen that leads to a terrace and the flower garden. There is also a fitness area on this property. There is a wide external staircase that leads to the top floor. The bedrooms, except the third and the fourth bedroom, have attached bathrooms. The covered terrace on the ground floor has a barbecue and fireplace. A small paved path around the house leads to a separate, tiny suite and the covered terrace. The suite has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, a bathroom and an extra cot. A staircase leads to the loft, which has a sofa-bed.
