Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) living room with satellite TV and radio. 1 double bedroom. Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 cm. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Rustic chalet "Lippnerhütte", 1'500 m a.s.l., from the 18th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. Above Vorderlanersbach 3 km from the centre of Tux, 4 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Mayrhofen" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Eggalm 4 km, Hintertux 10 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Animals in the neighbourhood. Recommendable for experienced guests who are familiar with the typical facilities of this property. The balcony may only be used partially.

    “In Traumlage mit Blick auf die Tuxer- und Zillertaler-Bergwelt und auf den Gletscher. Ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus, mit dem Komfort der Neuzeit, wie genügend heißes Wasser zum Duschen, Spülmaschine, etc., genauso wie es in der Objektbeschreibung aufgeführt ist. Unzählige Wanderungen kann man direkt am Haus beginnen, in absoluter Ruhe den Sonnenauf- und Untergang genießen, was will man mehr! Wir, fünf Erwachsene, haben uns in diesen alten Gemäuern sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die Vermieterin für den Geburtstagskuchen.”

    “Super Lage - von hier aus kann man ohne Auto sofort los wandern. Toller Ausblick auf den Gletscher. Das Haus hat ein super Ambiente - fast 300 Jahre alt und gerade deswegen hat es uns super gefallen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - ein komplettes Haus mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern. Einkaufen muss man zwar im Tal - aber das ist gut so - dafür ist man ja auch direkt auf fast 1.500 m hierhergekommen.
    Mit dem Holzofen kriegt man es sofort warm. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und alles war völlig unkompliziert - von der flexiblen Anreise bis zur Abreise einfach super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

    “Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Wohnen wie vor mehreren Jahrhunderten, allerdings mit gutem Komfort. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Vermieter bei Bedarf immer erreichbar.
    Einziger "Mangel": Außengelände bzw Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen/zu essen... nicht vorhanden.”
