    “Die Wohnung ist im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet, aber dunkel und kalt. Unter der Tür läuft das Wasser in die Wohnung, wenn es regnet, dadurch ist es feucht und muffig. Das Haus ist recht nah an der Autobahn und deshalb ist der Geräuschpegel störend.
