This prestigious villa is situated in the green hills between Lucca and the sea and has stunning views over the coastal plain. Next to the villa stands the family chapel. It is an unique setting for those who like to spend a holiday in an important “Lucchesi” villa.
Our holiday homes are part of an annex building. Most of the rooms have panoramic views over the sea or the hillsides. The large garden (10.000 sqm) with orange and lemon trees is kept in immaculate condition. Guests have their own allotted outdoor area with plenty of garden furniture. Barbecue. The views from the garden are spectacular.
The final cleaning includes: final cleaning, linen and towels and 1 hour cleaning each day from Monday to Friday
The apartments are furnished with taste, They have terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings and mosquito nets.
The apartments Alba und Nuvola are on the attic floor and the rooms are partly less high than usual.
Big, attractive swimming pool set in the ground (6x14) in common use for all guests.
Washing machine for the guests (to share). 2 baby cots (on request). Air condition (extra charge) in Sogno, Alba and Nuvola and Internet access.
Covered parking near the house, distance 50 m, possibility to unload in front of the house.
Upon request extra cleaning during the week and catering service.
