This apartment, completely renovated in 2008, welcomes you in a large house. Its interior is bright and comfortable and among other things with air conditioning (hot / cold) and TV channels via Astra. The property is located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of Mallemort and 4 km from the beautiful 18-hole golf course Pont Royal. There are 14 steps to get to the apartment, which is located on the second floor. It has a terrace and a private garden area of 100 m². Between the owners' house and your accommodation is a 1,000 m² communal area with pool (usable in the period 15.05-30.09), poolhouse, barbecue and outdoor shower. Places to visit: The Alpilles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Luberon and its charming villages and Aix-en-Provence and its surroundings. FPB155 is located on the first floor, which includes a 300 m² garden area. The landlords use a barn next to the accommodation (no noise pollution).
