The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1990, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard. Pool with salt water.

Vodnjan, district Peroj, 43 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large terrace. Beautiful view to the sea / the pool and Briuni islands Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.
