Family house SPALJ NIKICA is located in beautiful tourist destination called Malinska on island Krk. House SPALJ NIKICA is about 10m from the sea and nearest beach and basically that means that this house is in the first row from the sea. House SPALJ NIKICA is about 1km from the center of Malinska where you can go if you want go out, shop or eat in restaurants. Of course there are shops and restaurants in close vicinity to this house, so the nearest little shop is only 350m away and nearest restaurant is only 200m away.

The apartment for 6-8 people is located on the first floor of a family house, with a total area of ​​90 m2. There are three apartments in the house that are rented and are located on the lower floors. The nearest grocery store is approx. 500 m, and the center of Malinska ca. 1.5 km. In Malinska there are: doctor's office, pharmacy, post office, banks, ATMs, numerous coffee bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. Pets are allowed in all apartments, and there is also air conditioning, but at an additional cost. There are parking spaces for cars in the yard, and guests can use the shared barbecue. On the prooperty there is a fast food restaurant which is open in the summer period from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m

The tourist kitchen is fully equipped and has a combined stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer. At the same time, this apartment has satellite TV and a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, bidet and toilet, and the other has a shower and toilet. Guests will have a nice balcony (15) for use, which is equipped with garden furniture, and from the balcony there is a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Parking spaces are guaranteed in the yard of the house, and guests can use the shared barbecue.
