Here we are talking about 3 apartments (CKK445, CKK446, CKK447) located on the 1st floor of a family house in a small village on the island of Krk. These are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, and those who want to escape mass tourism. In addition, you have access to a well-kept and fenced property, which offers you a shared outdoor pool and barbecue, as well as games for the young guests, including a trampoline and slide. Here, enjoy your refreshing drink by the poolside while you immerse yourself in your vacation reading and dip your legs in the water. In addition, the sun loungers also invite you to take an afternoon nap in the sun to get your vacation tan.

    “Eine sehr gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung, vor allem mit Klimageräten in den beiden Räumen, so dass es ein leichtes ist, eine angenehme Temperatur zu erzeugen..
    sehr gute Stellmöglichkeiten für den PKW.
    Die Besitzer im Haus sind sehr nett, und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist immer sehr gepflegt und die Außenanlage wunderbar zu nutzen.Obwohl der Vermieter einen Selbständigen Betrieb im Bereich Bad und Fliesen und Zubehör betreibt, entstehen absolut keine Lärmbelästigungen, da alles gut und im sinne der Feriengäste organisiert ist.
    Zusätzlich war uns der Vermieter eine wirklich große Hilfe bei den Behörden vor Ort für einen Bootsliegeplatz, da der im Voraus gemietete Platz nicht erhältlich war, was sonst zu echten Problemen geführt hätte.”
