Fantastically situated with a bakery almost next door, and just a two minute walk to a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, this lovely townhouse is nestled in the charming hilltop village of Magalas, surrounded by stunning Languedoc vineyards.

The building was once used as part of the wine production process but is now a comfortable holiday home. Its former use is still evident today, with the large garage still incorporating original wine cuves. Outside, there are several paved terraces, which are spread over three levels. The private swimming pool offers rooftop views and is located on the third terrace.

The nearest Mediterranean beaches are within a 30 minute drive away and the charming town of Beziers is just 10 minutes away, where you can find a selection of shops and restaurants. The famous Château de Grézan is just 5km away and there are lovely hiking trails in the nearby Languedoc National Park. In addition, impressive fortified city of Carcassonne is well worth a visit, roughly 1h15 minutes away.
