Guest house with modern amenities and modern furnishings in quiet surroundings in the wine country; with a patio and a swimming pool

The vineyard Château Ciceron is a unique place for a relaxing holiday in natural surroundings. The guest house with a swimming pool is centrally located in the vineyard and is surrounded by a spacious park with a Mediterranean garden. The vineyard is located at the heart of the Corbière wine country, in between the river Orbieu and the Alaric mountains, at the heart of the country in the western Languedoc-Roussillon, in between Narbonne and Carcassone.

The 165 m2 house has a total of three floors. On the ground floor, you will find the open plan kitchen/dining/ living room; on the first floor, you will find the suites "Regard sur l'Alaric“ and "Côté Jardin“ and on the second floor, you will find the family suite "Cers et Marin“. For your convenience and comfort, the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and toilets. The rooms are furnished with a flat screen television, electric heating, bedding and towels. There are a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms with five toilets. Additionally, you can make use of the wireless internet access, a washing machine a dryer and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. Over the course of the last there years, the house was newly renovated and furnished. The suite "Regard sur l'Alaric" on the first floor accommodates three to four people in two bedrooms furnished with 160cm double beds each. On the same floor, you will find the suite "Côté Jardin“, accommodating up to three people in two bedrooms (one is furnished with a 140 cm double bed, two nightstands and two reading lamps and the second one with a 90 cm single bed). Three bathrooms and two toilets are adjacent to the bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find the family suite with two adjacent bedrooms on one side (one with a 140 cm, the other with a 90 cm bed) and a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed on the other side. The 90 m2 ground floor boasts the kitchen and the living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a four burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker and a microwave, as well as plenty of pots and pans. The living room is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas and two armchairs. Enjoy a good book or a glass of wine in front of the fireplace here. Of course, the living room is also furnished with a flat screen television. The dining room offers a long dining table for communal meals. Neither pets nor smoking are permitted The final cleaning is included in the rental fee.

The owner and the estate manager and his family live next door. The reception and wine-selling is open daily. You have access to a private patio with a gas barbecue, outdoor furniture and a sun shade, which is a perfect spot for al fresco dining. The brand new swimming pool is open daily from 10 am-1pm and 3pm-7pm. Private use upon request. The cleaning is done during these times.

The town of Lagrasse is only 5km from the property. It is one of the most picturesque French towns and offers restaurants and shops. In nearby Ribaute (about 2km), you can find a brasserie, a depot du pain and a river where you can swim. The closes shopping mall is in Lezignan (17 km) and it is about 40 km to Narbonne and Gruissan Plage.
