On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a comfortable living room with a dining table and a marble fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the top floor you will find two bedrooms with access to the balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub and splash guard, a toilet, a sink and a window. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The two upstairs bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The living/dining room is furnished with two sofa. A satellite television and a DVD player are available for cosy evenings in front of the TV. The glass dining table for six is perfect for communal meals. The marble fireplace offers a cosy atmosphere. The white kitchen is fully loaded with a ceran stove with an oven, a fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dish washer. The house also has an alarm system and air conditioning and a washing machine.
Enjoy the beautiful balconies. One offers views of the ocean and the other one of the mountains. You also overlook the pool. The 600 m2 property boasts a covered patio with a dining table and several chairs and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The 9 m x 4 m pool is surrounded by a lush grassy area with sun loungers. It is protected from view. The property boasts plenty of space to park a vehicle.
