The erstwhile fishing village of St. Ivan is located on the coast near Umag. The fishing village has evolved into a small holiday resort. On arrival at the holiday home, you can park your car in the garage as the beach, shops and restaurants are very nearby and can easily be reached by foot. You can also enjoy a swim at the beach. The terrace overlooks the magnificent sea and you can take pleasure listening to the soothing sound of waves and the rustling of the trees. There is a small garden in front of the house and a barbecue at the backyard. There is a beautiful central square at the centre of the city of Umag.
