Holiday House in Stollhamm with Private Parking

You can spend the most enjoyable hours of the year in a secluded location that is nevertheless right in the centre, opposite the former catholic church, on a generous site of 1350m² that cannot be looked into.

There is a roofed grill area in the garden. You can read a book under the mature trees in the garden or explore the surorundings by bike from Stollhamm, which is in the centre of the peninsula. Butjadingen also has a wealth of culture to offer. Towns such as Bremerhaven, Bremen, Wilhelmshaven and Oldenburg also invite you to pay a visit.

This holiday house for up to five people is one of the oldest preserved residential houses in Stollhamm. The house was built in 1806 and has been completely renovated to a modern standard over the last two years. The ground floor has around 120m² of living space, comprising a 27m² studio with a French bed (160 x 200cm), a directly adjoining shower room and a reading corner with access to an outdoor terrace and the garden. The 16m² bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and has a generous shower room right opposite with a walk-in shower. There is also a very quiet little bedroom facing the garden, furnished with a single bed (90 x 200cm). In the centre of the house there is the big, fully-equipped kitchen for cooking regional specialities. The living and dining room facing the garden and flooded with daylight provides space for cosy and relaxing holiday hours.

    “Wat een geweldig huis! Van alle comfort en luxe voorzien. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, heerlijke bedden, goede badkamers. Het was zeer schoon! De tuin is helemaal een plaatje. De communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep via e-mail en vlot. Wifi en internet is matig maar voldoende voor vakantie.
    We hebben in de omgeving veel gefietst en konden de fietsen onder de overkapping veilig stellen en opladenWij hebben genoten!”

    “Wer gerne in einem Reed-Ferienhaus wohnen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Sehr sauberes, stilvolles Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wundervoller, eingewachsener Garten, ideal für meditative Yogastunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, um zu entschuldungen und die Ruheund reine Luft zu genießen.”

    “Im Haus riecht es modrig-schimmelig, in den Ecken und auf den Fensterbänken lagen reichlich tote Insekten. Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber leider nicht sehr sauber, die kleine Terrasse und die Grillecke waren nicht gereinigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön aber auch ungepflegt - die Brombeeren ranken in die Fenster hinein. Im ganzen Ort gibt es keinen Handyempfang, im Haus existiert ein FN - leider hat der Akku die besten Zeiten hinter sich.”
